Seville is recalled

Seville is recalled

In the square of pigeons recover the memory of Sevilla by displaying some of the photographs were taken there

The dove, the symbol of peace since the days of Noah, Sevilla has become a symbol of historical recovery. It has been well thanks to the interpretation that the eyes of one Israeli have been one of the most emblematic places of the city: the Plaza de America, better known as the Seville Square pigeons. Thousands of pigeons and thousands of people make up the history of a place that has hardly changed since 1929. These thousands, in the form of photographs, stories kept in the family album of each house in Seville Spain, and now, thanks to the work of Rinat Izhak, are collected at the Museum of Arts and Traditions and get back the history of a city that has changed .

To test this, the art and photographic exhibition goes further and this afternoon, starting at 20.00 hours, will become a theater and recreational exposure. Thus, actors in the theater company Seville Dos Lunas will bring life to some of the protagonists of the old snapshot: will move to 1938, when the war plagued the peace of the doves and the soldiers were trying to find it yet next to them in the square which also decided to be photographed, or the postwar years, which were mostly treading cloth slippers in the ring the park and were immortalized in black and white.

A total of twelve dramatic recreations of the twelve photographs that Seville have chosen as the most representative of historical change that the city has witnessed over the past 81 years. This, together with dozens of pigeons arvejón invite you to buy for, again, take a picture and take another step in the history of Seville.
